Downtown Historic Vista’s Newest Brewery is Now Open

InZane Brewing Company is officially open at its location at 236 Main Street in Downtown Historic Vista. Beer is currently being brewed on site. Owners Mike and Ewa Zane said the road to opening was a long one, but the City of Vista has assisted along the way. InZane Brewing is located next to When Pigs Fly BBQ, a local eatery that will deliver food from their menu to brewery patrons.

Mike said they plan to soon have musical entertainment performing on their stage and their large acoustical wall is completed and ready for the music to begin. He said they are exploring a variety of options for entertainment at the brewery. Mike and Ewa are also looking into incorporating different theme nights for people to take part in at the brewery. At the present time patrons at InZane can order food from both When Pigs Fly BBQ and El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant and have their orders delivered. Food can also be brought into InZane.

There are two large T.V.’s on the wall, each with the latest sporting events tuned in.

Currently, Mike and Ewa are running a two-person operation with the possibility of bringing on additional employees in the future. Mike said he is excited about the brewery increasing in popularity and that they had a good weekend crowd of people stopping in to check them out. At the present time there are eight beers on tap consisting of a California Common (malty with hints of toast and caramel), a Pilsner, an American Lager, a Vanilla Cream (with Madagascar vanilla and hints of orange), a Tropical Hazy (with hints of grapefruit and passion fruit), a Pale Ale (slightly malty body and hoppy finish), a Brown (hints of chocolate and coffee) and an Amber. More choices will be on tap in the future with the possibility of in-house seltzers also appearing.
