Wavelength is honored to welcome Dr. Greg Rasmussen from Painted Dog Research Trust for a science talk and fundraiser, co-hosted with the Global Conservation Force!
Dr. Rasmussen is one of the leading researcher conservationists in Zimbabwe trying to help the plight of the African Painted dog or African Wild Dog. The African Painted Dog is one of the most endangered predators in Africa and is an important member of their ecosystem.
Join us for a presentation by Dr. Rasmussen at 8pm on his research and what the future holds for this rare canid. We are proud to donate $1 of each pint sold from 7 to 10 pm to this fantastic cause!
Global Conservation Force's mission is to save wildlife from extinction through education, anti-poaching and conservation efforts. GCF is on the ground in many African and Asian countries helping those who protect endangered species from poaching, as well as providing educational opportunities in local communities.
