The City of Vista invites residents and downtown merchants to participate in the inaugural meeting of the Downtown Vista Committee on Friday, March 7, at 6 pm at the AVO Playhouse, 303 Main Street. This newly formed committee, composed of City representatives, downtown business owners, and community members will provide recommendations to the City Council on future traffic circulation in the downtown area, including potential changes such as one-way streets and street closures.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as a networking reception with complimentary tacos will begin at 5 pm. This meeting marks the first in a series of community discussions designed to gather input and shape the future of downtown Vista. All are welcome to contribute their ideas and help create a vibrant and accessible downtown experience. ⁠
