An experienced yoga teacher & a professional musician unite their skill sets to bring you this special Reset/Restore Yoga + Soundscape immersive experience!
This 90-minute restorative soundscape experience will support and guide you toward deep relaxation, calm, and serenity. Move into deep stillness and ease as you are guided into gentle restorative yoga poses while enjoying a fully immersive soundscape experience to envelope and soften you into deeper release, culminating in an extended savasana sound bath experience.
