We are thrilled that our very own Vista Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream is supporting our Rising Star of the Month program by hosting a fundraiser on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 4-7pm.
20% of all proceeds will go directly to the Chamber’s Rising Star scholarship fund.
As you know, the core of the program is to honor approximately 6-8 high school seniors each month from out local area high schools. These students are true Rising Stars – many have overcome great obstacles while continuing to prioritize their education.
These students that are honored are eligible to apply for a college scholarship at the end of the school year.
