The Rancho Vista, a pioneering hotel built in the 1920s, is the latest jewel that's been reborn as a 12-unit Airbnb in Downtown Vista's Paseo Santa Fe District.
Located at 537 S. Santa Fe Ave., the Rancho Vista has been remodeled to include five two-bedroom suites and seven one-bedroom suites. Families visiting local attractions and business travelers are the key customers that owner Alan Pickering hopes to attract to the Airbnb.
The Vista location is the ideal central location for vacationing families going to Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Wave Waterpark and nearby beaches. Plus, the growing community of restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance offer convenience for all.
